We can assist with a range of capacity building activities to help you be more independent at home:
You will see regular carers so we can get to know you and be familiar with the way you like things, and if you ever need any extra help, it is always there.
Our disability and health services are available to people under the age of 65 (or under 50 years for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders), who have a disability or other condition that makes it difficult to carry out everyday activities.
The cost of your services is determined by your eligibility for Queensland Community Support Scheme (QCSS) funding. If you’re not eligible for subsidised services, you can still receive services by paying the full cost yourself. Read more about costs & eligibility for Queensland Community Support Scheme.
We have branches all over Queensland from the Gold Coast to Cairns. Find your nearest Ozcare branch using our ‘locate a service’ finder.
