Support with injections, tablets, and creams
It’s not always easy to take your prescribed medication, and not being able to do so can have a large impact your health.
If you need some support to keep up with your medication, our nurses can:
- Come to your home to administer them
- Give you a reminder phone call if you need help remembering
- Provide training so you can learn how to administer medication yourself
We administer all types of medications including injections, tablets, and creams, and can visit as often as needed, even multiple times a day.
Our medication management services include:
- Medication assessment

- Visits to your home as often as required

- Health monitoring and pain management
- Phone prompting service
- Working with your GP and pharmacist
- Training and support so you can self-manage medications

Costs & Eligibility
Our home aged care services are available to seniors over the age of 65, (or over 50 years for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders).
The cost of your services will be determined by your eligibility for the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) or a Home Care Package (HCP). Depending on your circumstances you may not need to pay anything at all.
If you’re not eligible for CHSP or a home care package, you can still access services through privately funded services, where you meet the full cost of care yourself.
