Helps seniors and those living with chronic illness to improve their health and wellbeing through education and exercise programs.
Our home aged care services are available to seniors over the age of 65, (or over 50 years for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders).
The cost of your services will be determined by your eligibility for the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) or a Home Care Package (HCP). Depending on your circumstances you may not need to pay anything at all. In some cases, you will be asked to pay a co-payment of $15 per hour.
If you’re not eligible for CHSP or a home care package, you can still access allied health services through Medicare, the Department of Veterans' Affairs, and privately funded services; where you meet the full cost of care yourself.
